HP 4650 running MAC suddenly prints Envelopes in Word, too faintly to read!

My HP 4650 has been working perfectly until I changed Ink Cartridge (HP cartridge). Printed next two Word docs perfectly, switched to ENVELOPE and it prints too faintly to read! Change to Print whole doc page and upper left hand corner partially too faint, rest of doc fine.
HELP!
