HP cm1312nfi MFP Scanner disassembly

Hi,

1.Can anyone tell me how to remove the scanner unit from the rest of the HP cm1312nfi printer? Or can anyone point me to where I can get a free disassembly diagram of the same.

2. The toner cartridge tray is jammed and I'm trying to figure out a way of unjamming it.

3. The prints are coming out with streaks on the first three or four pages, there after they clear up.

HELP!!!!!
