hp color LaserJet 3700 driver question

My printer will not print multiple copies from Word. I changed some settings, thought I changed
them back but I still get the following error code on a printout called "job storage status page.":

Error: Unable to store job at printer
Reason: Printer does not support collation at printer.

Solution: turn off Mopier Enabled in your printer driver.

Any suggestions how to do this? I can download drivers but have no idea how to access them to change settings.
