HP Color LaserJet Pro M252dw printing issues after toner refill

I've replaced toner on my printer twice previously and didn't have much issues. However, this time after adding the toner I get really bad streaking with the colors, especially magenta. Seems like it might be defective toners.

Try printing the following toner quality page to see.
