HP Designjet 500 Plus issue.

Hey all, we have had our HP Designjet 500 Plus for quite some time, we use it to print canvas for our small home business.

Recently we have ran into issue but we have no idea as to why its doing it, we have the latest firmware and drivers installed for the printer.

Would anybody have any idea as to why it might be doing this?(see below link/image)

Sorry when i say "doing this" what i mean by that is as you can see on the left it starts to print in black and white fine but then decides to start to print in a kind of red colour, it does this on full colour prints also.

Try to replace ink cartridges and run HP Diagnostic Troubleshooter . After running the test reevaluate the test print.
