HP Deskjet 4645 Print problem

Dear all,
I have the HP deskjet All-in-one 4645 and its having issue for the print out like below

I have replaced new cartridge and the result is the same. Yes I have not using it for quite some time, is it any tips before i bring to the repair shop?
