HP Deskjet 9650 Need Help!

I just purchased a new system loaded with windows 7 (64). I cannot locate any drivers for my beloved 9650 Deskjet which is a workhorse and the best printer I have ever owned. I really do not wish to replace it at this time. I tried using the 9800 drivers to no avail. Can anyone suggest a workaround for this issue/
