HP Inkjet color copy issue

We just purchased this printer (HP Officejet Pro 8600) last week. I have cleaned the cartridge and the results are good. Take a look at the results it produces when we copy via feeder or scan bed. The funny thing is, when I print a color document via our pc connected via network, the copy comes out great.

Also, the pattern of color lines on the document are the same on each printed color copy.
