HP Laserjet 1200 & Windows reload

Pulling my hair out! I formatted my hard drive and reloaded windows. Windows shows the printer and the printer is on and works fine. But I cannot print anything from any program. I've tried to reinstall the device drivers but no luck. Does anyone have any ideas?
