Hello! I picked up the subject printer yesterday. Toner report says 100% full.
Printouts have fairly crisp white vertical lines, and vary between 1 and 4 lines per print.
The lines are not in the exact spot with each printout, and shift from top half to bottom half of page.
I followed a YT video to open the toner and cleanup any toner residue - with no improvement.
Any help/suggestions welcome!! Thanks in advance.
