HP M254DW paper jamming

I have a HP M254DW printer and everytime when i want to print something paper is jamming.Always is jammed at the back door.If i put paper in tray 1 or 2 is not making a difference,is jamming in the same place.
I do not know what should i do to fix it and i would be greatful if somebody would lend me a hand.
If is needed i can take a picture or video,if that helps.
