I am looking at the following printer: HP M3035XS. We do a high volume of printing, I need to be able to print envelopes as well. Our current printer, the HP M3035x bled the ink when letters were folded and sent in the mail. I need a new printer that will print nice on letters and envelopes as well as keeping the envelopes in pristine condition.

Try the Brother DCP-8080dn
it has a duplex, network, 32ppm printer, copy, etc...
For a fraction of the price.
I use one for 30.000 print a month. Now the meter is in 180.000 and it is working perfect. it is a good option.
