HP Office Enterprise MFP X585 issue with colour

Hi all

I have an issue with this printer and can't seem to get any of the local repair shops to agree to look at this machine for me......all said they cant get parts for this model :/

So i guess can try fix this myself if anyone can point me in the right direction of what might be going wrong

I don't print in colour that much so thought perhaps something might be blocked. The machine was purchased new around 2017...
