HP Officejet 4650 Printing black and white

My printer is printing only black and white in windows 11. IN my other laptop which runs Windows 8.1 in prints in color just fine. I have uninstalled and installed the software, cleaned out the temp files and it printed one color page and then went back to black and white. This is so frustrating. Does anyone know what is going on? Is it something with Windows 11?
