I bought this HP Photosmart 6510 from Facebook Marketplace. The previous owner said that it worked flawlessly with no issue.

I brought it home and plugged it up and I've been getting this "clear cartridge" am error.

There is no paper jammed and there is nothing blocking the printhead from moving from its resting spot.

I've tried resetting it by unplugging everything for 15 seconds or more and plugging everything back, the error is still there.

But I did notice that where the print head sits when it's not powered on, there is a bunch of dried ink what looks to be covering sensors I assume causing a miscommunication or no communication to the printhead for it to move or the mountains of dried ink is keeping it from moving.

I can't even find a teardown video to see this area in a clean state.

Is this correct ? Is there sensors under the mountains of dried ink in this area ?
