HP remote app

Hi, I recently bought a HP Officejet Pro 8025. The printer itself is working fine, bar one problem. I downloaded the HP AiO printer remote app to windowns 10, everytime I launch the app is starts and closes/crashes within 10 seconds. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it several times and still the same problem. Any help greatly appreciated.
