Hi I’ve tried everything to get my printer connected, I got it a year ago, it connected fine with my phone straight away. Used it on and off for a while, reconnecting sometimes. Now it will not connect to my WiFi network, it gets recognised sometimes, gets installed then says offline. According to printer config page is says you cannot use devices wireless function because it has been disabled, please can anyone help... I’ve looked online and followed lots of procedures but nothing works ...
