ID Card printer prints different colours

Hi I HAVE A BRAND NEW JAVELIN DNA ID CARD PRINTER THE WHOLE KIT WITH SOFTWARE DRIVERS AND CAMERA
IT USES YMCK RIBBON I INSTALL EVERYTHING WITH NO ERRORS AND WHEN I TRY TO PRINT MY NEW BUSINESS CARDS THE COLOURS COME OUT ALL DIFFERENT COLOURS I TRIED ALL KIND OF SOFTWARE , CARDPRESSO PHOTOSHOP,. PHOTOS, ASSUREID O TRIED LETTING THE PRINTER CONTROL THE PRINTS AND THEN SOFTWARE BUT IT DOESNT HELP IN GOING INSAINE
CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLZZZZ
