Impossible to print multiple copies on MP4200

We have an issue with our Ricoh 4200 MP multiunctionals. It is not possible to print more the 1 copie of the same page. The correct number is sent to the Ricoh (I verified it on the machine) , but for some reason it changes the number to 1. Anyone encountered this behaviour? How did you fix it?
