Hi All,
I don't know if this is the right place to post but I was wondering if you've had any issues installing firmware for printers on a Mac (or if such a thing even exists on a Mac)? One of the people I'm supporting has a Samsung M2160. He is trying to install it on a Mac running Yosemite via usb but he keeps getting an error to say that the ink cartridges are either not installed or not supported. Apparently, this is down to an issue with the printer firmware but so far I haven't found firmware that I can install for Macs. He is running Yosemite (OS X 10.10).
He has a disc and says he's been through the driver setup but can find no mention of firmware.
Many Thanks,
Justin.
