Ink Infomation not available ET-2600

Am I correct in saying that is normal having just purchesed a ET-2600 Ink Infomation not available message using ethernet & wireless connections as the ink system refilled by bottles rather than the normal chip based cartrage

The printer should still provide ink volumes. Maybe try re-setting. re start printer etc

I had same issue and i had to restart the desktop and printer and then the ink information displayed
