I have replaced my empty black ink cartridge with two new ones, however the ink isn't flowing. I have deep cleaned several times but black is still missing from print pattern. Help!
If by deep cleaning you mean you ran the print head cleaning mechanism then good, if not do that first.
If there are still problems use a syringe to clean the nozzles by injecting air into the top air vent.
