Ink options for Canon Pixma TS9020?

Google has provided two options I wish to explore here. One is the CISS (Continuous Ink Supply System) and the other is learning how to refill & reset the OEM cartridges. I know little about either, so hoping this forum can change that, and educate me on the pros and cons, and the how-tos, and so on.
