Ink spews on the pages

Hi everyone, and merry Christmas happy holidays! I have an Epson WP-4540 when I print the blue ink streaks down the middle of the pages . I have tried head cleaning even using rubbing alcohol and along qtip… But nothing stops the blue ink from spewing down the middle of the page. I have a picture but I can’t upload it
