Installing printer without an internet connection

Hello,
I have a laptop with internet disabled that I want to install an Epson ET 47-60 printer on. I downloaded the exe. file to a flash drive, and put it on the computer. When I run the install however, it won't install without connecting to the internet. How can install this printer?

You'll have to call Epson support. Most Epson printer drivers for newer printers won't install any more without the ability to phone home. They do that because they want to force a mandatory firmware upgrade on the printer so that the printer is harder to use with third party cartridges.
