Internal Misfeed after printing one page

Issue: After printing one side of a page it throws than error "Internal Misfeed"

Background: I recently refilled my toner catridge and replaced the toner chip with a fresh one. Now I'm unable to print more than one side at a time before I have to restart the printer.

Configuration page shows
printer cartridge: healthy with 5 bars
transfer roller: 5 bars
paper feed roller: 5 bars
Fusing unit: 5 bars

Would appreciate if anyone can point out the issue and lay out the solution
