IR2520 incorrect department ID and/or password/ specified the correct department ID a

Hi,

I have created department ID and user. like: username: 9876543 and password: 9876543 I can login using that detail inside the printer. But when i try to print the application asked me to inter "Confirm Deparment ID/password" I Entered that user name and password but it gives me "incorrect department ID and/or password/ specified the correct department ID and password canon"

What did i missed?

Please help.
