Is my Samsung ML-2010 dead?

It is 2.5 years old. It jammed and I got out all the paper. When I try to print again it doesn't want to grab the paper. It can grab it if I feed it in manually but then it jams again. I recently replaced the ink cartridge for the second time. So it has not printed all that many pages. I read on the internet several others have had similar problems.

You probably want to call up Samsung and see if they can help you.

Hi, this got to have something with the "feeder" to do with, You can probably call up Samsung support and see what it would cost to change them, you probably need new "feeder wheels"
