Is this Samsung CLP-500 worth re-commissioning?

Hi all,
I've been offered a CLP-500 which has not been used for about 4 or 5 years. During that time it has been stored in a slightly damp smelling lock up, but does not appear obviously the worse for it. I've looked at the machine this morning and it starts up OK without any untoward noises or messages, and prints a test page. The test page however is not OK. It has tiny grey dots over much of the page. Also it says that all toners need replacing bar the magenta.

I am told that it has "not been quite right" since the waste toner bin was emptied, when it refused to work at all until some sensor or other was cleaned.

I'll attach a scan of the test page. Can anyone tell me what I would have to do (apart from buying new toners) to recommission this machine, and do you think it worth the time / money / effort?

Thanks in advance
