It it worth buying another HP Printer

My photosmart c7280 has just stopped working. After 1 hour on the phone to HP they sent me new ink cartriges... but its still not working.

I ve gone a purchased another HP photosmart premium with a fax for £125 ... anyone got any feed back on it..

Im really looking for a machine that gives me high usage of printing. a good scanner and copier ( no need for fax but guess they all have them now.)

Also do you think the printing costs are high?
