keeps printer same document

Xerox copier keeps printing same document.
I've tried to resolve by:
1. disconnecting data cable 10min.
2. disconnecting power cable 10min
3. disconnecting data and power cable 10min
4. restarted printer spooler
5. uninstalled printer drivers (kept printing document)
6. shutdown user laptop (kept printing to copier)

Xerox C8135 copier keeps printing the document from (1) user in an office of about 30 people.
Is this error local on user's laptop or a setting on the copier itself?

My guess is the users laptop as I've never seen a printer stuck printing one document continuously. They probably tried printing it a bunch of times thinking it was going somewhere else. It happens

I hate saying this but updating the firmware may correct it.
