This is driving me mad and holding up vital work so if anyone can help I'd be most grateful.
My printer is leaving four vertical lines down the page. Each one is a broken line so it indicates to me that there is ink residue on a moving part, like a roller, that needs cleaning.
However, I don't know how to fix it.
I have taken the cartridges out and cleaned them, taken the print head out and done the same and then tried to wipe the rolling parts that I can see inside. But nothing seems to work. I also used the print head cleaning regime, but didn't really expect that to work anyway.
There is no way of feeding a sheet through manually so I'm just 'printing' blank sheets. I produce printed material for clients so this is a major problem.
Thanks for reading.
