Hello, I have this KM bizhub C368 that is giving me some scanner problems, if I use ADF to scan everything works fine but if I open the glass scanner and then try to use ADF it keeps giving me an error to "remove the original from the glass scanner" even though there is nothing in it. Anyone have any idea what it might be? I want to upgrade to the latest firmware to check if that fixes it but it is impossible to find the firmware to these machines, do you guys know where can I find it?
