Kyocera Ecosys m5526cdw unlock code

The printer has not been used for 4 weeks and powered off for that time. When it now powers on, it is now asking for a User Unlock Code. So far I have managed to discover that it is 0000 but it keeps coming back. How do I turn this off. I am the only users?
