Kyocera ECOSYS M6530cdn FAX not working

[Synopsis]

Hello,

I need your help to set up our new MFP Kyocera ECOSYS M6530cdn.
Printing functionality is OK, scanning functionality is OK but no way to let this f****** fax works
I just hang from Kyocera technical hotline and they told me I cannot setup the FAX by myself, this have to be done by an agreed Kyocera partner technician to "initialize" the fax board (through $$$ of course...) . Without this, fax is disabled.
WTF ? It seems to be a real hostage taking...

Any good souls to help me "initialize" the fax board ? Is there a front-panel trick or hidden service web page or something else ??

is this a dedicated line just for the fax? if so what does the line sound like if you call the fax number? do you get a busy signal or what?
