My Kyocera epc170n color laser printer is jamming on almost every attempt to print. Ive isolated the jam to the transfer unit.
Paper seems to feed fine from the casette or the MP tray through the first set of rollers and into the second set of rollers (registration rollers) but the second set of rollers won't feed the paper cleanly to the transfer roller. The paper never makes it more than 1 inch or so out of the registration rollers before crumpling up inot a wad.
I cleaned all the rollers (except the transer roller) with anhydrous Isopropyl alcohol and cleand up all the loose toner I could get to, but it didn't seem to help at all.
I've attached a photo of a typical jam.
What can I do to further diagnose and fix this problem?
Thanks so much for your help.
