Hello friends I'm new here but was happy to find this fourm.
I'm here because I updated my old Hp and bought this new(er) Kyocera km4050 to help a buddy out when he closed his shop.
Fyi.
I build my own pc's fix my tvs work on my own cars etc
I've never been under the hood of a copier besides normal maintenance.
It has been great until today. I went to print a shipping label and it printed a black page (attached) the 2nd try a stripped page with vertical portions coming thru.
So I installed the 1st for me...new ink cartridge and waste cartridge
When I reprinted the same thing came from the machine.
I cleaned the parts that get dusty with light air and supplied brush but I knew it was something more .
I'm looking thru the service manual now but would love any ideas that could point me in the right direction
For smaller electrical fires (smile)
