Kyocera - Printing smaller than document

Hi guys, I have a UTAX 3206ci colour laser printer which I think is the same as Kyocera TaskAlfa model. I am trying to print PCL labels - A4 sheets with label shape already cut onto the sheet for me to run through the printer to create labels. I have noticed that when I print, it seems to come out slightly smaller in size than the document is setup. I have not got Scaling on in the print attributes, it is set to Do Not Scale. And the page size is correct set to A4 in attributes and on the printer tray. Is there anything else I need to check to adjust the page print area on the actual printer even? I know how to access Service mode. Any advice? Many thanks in advance!
