Kyocera TASKalfa 4053ci installation problem

Good morning everyone, in the office I installed a Kyocera Kyocera TASKalfa 4053ci without any problems. Only on one PC there is nothing to do, the installation program finds it online, but when it is time to install the driver. Also tried from device manager to give it the drivers, but nothing. Do you have any advice? PC with windows 11
