Hello,
Two days ago I tried to uninstall my printer. In the middle of uninstalling, because of the electricity interruption, it stopped. After that, every time that I want to do the installation I see this window says: "The prior product installation failed to complete. The partially installed files must be uninstalled before you rerun the product installation.". I tried all the different solutions that I could find in this forum and web including the steps mentioned in these posts:

Unfortunately, none of them worked for me. It would be great if you can help me in solving this problem.
