Lexmark 2480-100 Dot Matrix

My local Tattoo shop just purchased a Lexmark 2480-100 printer to print stencils onto. I'm having trouble find drivers at all that doesn't stretch the image. The windows XP on from the Lexmark site doesn't work always either. We are running a serial to usb cable on it. I'm currently trying to get my hand on a USB cable to run from it instead. Thanks for the help

Printer: Lexmark 2480-100
OS: Windows XP and Windows 7
