Lexmark 3100 All-in-One can't print Microsoft Office Words

My Lexmark 3100 Series All-in-One cannot print diocuments from Microsoft Office Words,
Notepad, Wordpad and Internet. It can still print documents it has scanned. Originally it could perform all these tasks. Can anyone help?Please post your reply if possible by email

You can try this and I hope it works for you. Click Start button and Find Control Panel. Find the Devices and Printers links. Right click on Sent to *preferred programme* and set it as a default. Open the programme (Microsoft, Notepad, etc.) and check if it prints.

Note: you need to update the printer drivers if the above doesn't work.
