Lexmark C510- Need a Hack to Enable B&W Only Printing with Empty Color Cartridge

I have a Lexmark C510 color printer that is at one of my schools I service as a Tech. The printer's Cyan cartridge is empty, but I would like to enable B&W only printing. Printing is disabled once a cartridge is empty and I can't access the menu for the B&W lock. Does anyone know a hack that I could use to get this printer working B&W only? Thanks in advance.
