Lexmark C746DN won't start

I've just been on holiday for 2 weeks and turned the printer off before I went. I turned it on when I got back and the panel lights up but no message appears and there is no noise of the motor starting up. I've checked the connections and all is OK. Any ideas?

Have you tried printing a document? If may just need one passing through it and see if it prints.
