I have a problem after buying a new Mac. Last week my Mac running Catalina had no trouble accessing both the scanner and printing functions of a Lexmark CX410e. The computer and the printer are in different rooms and connected wirelessly.
I upgraded to a new Mac running Big Sur. Now I get only the printer function of the CX410e. I do not have access to the scanner.
Last week, with Catalina, the Printers & Scanners preference showed both scanning and printer functions above the name of the CX410e. That choice is not there now.
The CX410e has a document feeder. That is what I need with a scanner.
What can I do to regain access to the Lexmark's scanner?
