Lexmark E250D Laser Printer error lights, help please

I have not used this printer in a few months but it was working. I put in a new toner cartridge and I'm getting error lights. Including photos if anyone can help. I restarted but I did not hook it up to my laptop yet. There is nothing stuck in the printer, it's clear. No tape or residue on the cartridge. Pushing the buttons on the printer also does not work. Any help appreciated. Thanks.
