Lexmark MS810dn Close Door or Insert Toner

Customer replaced toner cartridge and this came up immediately after, seemingly. The old cartridge is empty. New cartridge is good, tried in another machine. Also tried a second cartridge. I can't see where the door switch even is on this model. The contacts for the cartridges look to be intact. No idea where to go with this. Manual is not much help.
