Lexmark X543 122.03 fuser error

Hi all. Ok I had that message come up orignially and looking online it seemed to be the fuser unit causing this error so I replaced the fuser unit. The new one is fitted and all the cables etc are in place but I'm still getting the same error. Ive tried going into maintanance mode from the control panel but cant get to that either. It just shows 122.03 error code.
Has anyone any ideas?
