Lexmark x646e help, I'm desperate please.

Hi, does anyone know what cable I need tho get for a Lexmark x646e operator panel cable, I'm getting 5 beeps at power up, I have nothing coming up on panel it's just dark.the printer was given to me, and I don't have much history on it, according to a post I seen it says I have To make sure the formatter board socket j13 should have a cable to it. Guess what mines doesn't. I've been going crazy trying too find the cable number and trying to find out where the other end of the cable would connect to. I can really use some help. Thanks in advance.
