Light Streak on Print Quality Test Page - HP Photosmart 6510 Issue

I have an HP Photosmart 6510 printer, and when I print a print quality test page, there's a faint streak or smear in the light cyan (light blue) color. I've already disassembled and thoroughly cleaned the printhead, but the issue persists.

Could anyone advise on what might be causing this and any further steps I could try to resolve it?
